About the event
Step beyond the potato and explore gnocchi like you’ve never seen it before. In this hands-on workshop, we’ll be making Parisienne gnocchi - a pillowy, pan-seared pasta made from pâte à choux, the same dough used for cream puffs and éclairs.
We'll be celebrating summer ingredients with made from scratch sauces! Fresh pesto with basil grown in Chef Katie's garden and a classic tomato sauce with fresh heirloom tomatoes.
