Explore the bold, aromatic flavors of Indian cuisine in this immersive, hands-on cooking class focused on technique, balance, and spice. Designed for cooks of all levels, this workshop introduces the foundational elements of Indian cooking through a classic, crowd-pleasing menu.
You’ll learn how these iconic dishes are built from the ground up—preparing crisp, golden samosas, soft and tender roti, and a richly spiced butter chicken that showcases the depth and complexity of Indian flavors. Along the way, our chefs will guide you through essential techniques, from working with spices and aromatics to building layered sauces with confidence.
Throughout the class, you’ll explore how Indian cuisine balances heat, richness, acidity, and warmth, gaining a deeper understanding of how individual components come together to create bold yet approachable dishes.
