Cinco de Mayo: Hands-On Taco Workshop
Celebrate Cinco de Mayo with a vibrant, hands-on culinary experience that explores the bold, coastal and street-food flavors of Mexico. In this interactive class, you’ll dive into the art of crafting fresh tortillas from scratch alongside bright, citrusy ceviche and a variety of classic accompaniments.
Guided by Chef James, you’ll work in teams to mix and shape masa, press and cook your own tortillas, and prepare staples like guacamole and pico de gallo. You’ll also learn the techniques behind a perfectly balanced ceviche—layering fresh seafood with lime, aromatics, and herbs to create a dish that’s both refreshing and deeply flavorful.
As you cook, our chefs will prepare slow-cooked pulled pork and a thoughtfully crafted vegetarian filling, demonstrating how rich, savory elements complement the lighter, zesty components of the menu.
