Join Chef Mari Ramie of Marjoram Cuisine for a hands-on Cooking for Wellness class. Chef Mari is a local private chef who specializes in whole-food, nutrition-focused cooking. Together, we’ll prepare nourishing, flavor-forward dishes such as homemade fig bars, pan-seared chicken with roasted mushrooms, and a vibrant romesco sauce. As we cook, you’ll discover how thoughtful food choices can support gut health and overall well-being. You’ll learn what anti-inflammatory really means beyond the buzzwords, and how incorporating more plant-forward, fiber-rich foods can aid digestion, balance blood sugar, and promote lasting satiety.
