Step into the heart of the Italian kitchen in this immersive 3-hour class where you’ll learn to make two of Italy’s most iconic comfort foods—fresh handmade pasta and fluffy, golden focaccia.


Guided by our experienced instructors, Chef Katie and Chef Andrea, you’ll:

  • Mix and knead your own pasta dough, then roll, cut, and shape it into a classic style (such as fettuccine or tagliatelle)

  • Make and bake flavorful focaccia from scratch, topping it with herbs, olive oil, and optional add-ons like garlic or cherry tomatoes

  • Discover essential dough techniques and pro tips for recreating these dishes at home

  • Enjoy your creations together or take them home to share
