Celebrate early summer with a hands-on pasta workshop centered on fresh ingredients and timeless techniques.
In this class, you’ll make pasta dough from scratch, shape it by hand, and pair it with bright, seasonal sauces that let each component shine.
We’ll walk through the fundamentals of pasta-making, including mixing and resting dough, rolling and shaping, and cooking for the perfect bite. You’ll create two classic styles—such as fettuccine and a filled pasta—while learning how to build light, flavorful sauces using herbs, vegetables, and simple finishing touches. Along the way, we’ll explore how pasta and sauce come together in balance, from texture to flavor. At the end, you’ll sit down to enjoy everything you’ve made.
