About the event
Discover the cozy comforts of Italian winter cooking in this immersive, hands-on pasta workshop led by our classically trained chefs. Designed for home cooks and food lovers of all levels, this class focuses on building essential pasta-making skills while enjoying the fun and connection of cooking together.
You’ll start with the fundamentals of fresh pasta made completely from scratch—mixing, kneading, resting, rolling, and shaping dough with guidance every step of the way. Together, we’ll craft two beloved Italian shapes: silky fettuccine and soft, pillowy agnolotti, each paired with seasonal, winter-inspired sauces that highlight deep, warming flavors.
Throughout the workshop, our chefs will teach key Italian techniques including how to properly hydrate and develop dough, hand-shape pasta with consistency, and cook each piece to perfection. You’ll dive into the building blocks of comforting winter sauces—aromatics, herbs, vegetables, and slow-simmered elements that bring richness and depth to every bite.
