Handmade Pasta & Sauces: Spring Edition
Step into the craft of fresh pasta in this immersive, hands-on workshop focused on technique, seasonality, and balance. Over the course of the class, you’ll learn how to make fresh pasta completely from scratch—then pair it with bright, spring-inspired sauces designed to let each ingredient shine.
We’ll break pasta-making down to its essentials: properly hydrated dough, thoughtful resting, rolling and shaping by hand, and cooking pasta to the ideal texture. You’ll work with two classic Italian styles, such as silky fettuccine and a filled pasta, while learning how spring sauces come together using herbs, vegetables, aromatics, and light finishing elements. As the dishes come together, you’ll learn how pasta and sauce work in harmony, balancing richness, freshness, and texture. Once complete, you’ll sit down to enjoy everything you’ve made together.
