About the event
There’s nothing quite like the smell of fresh bread and in this cozy, hands-on workshop, you’ll learn to make two bakery-worthy staples from scratch: rustic, golden focaccia and soft, fluffy dinner rolls.
We’ll guide you step-by-step through working with yeasted doughs, from mixing and kneading to shaping, topping, and baking. You’ll create your own personalized focaccia using a variety of toppings (think blistered cherry tomatoes, herbs, garlic, and flaky salt) and learn how to shape classic dinner roll that are perfect for special occasions or everyday meals.
You’ll leave class with freshly baked bread, the confidence to recreate it at home, and a full recipe packet to guide your future bakes!
