Knife Skills + Korean Cooking: Bibimbap & BanchanMaster the most essential tool in the kitchen—your knife! In this hands-on class, we’ll cover fundamental knife techniques including proper grip, slicing, dicing, julienning, and chiffonade. Once you’ve honed your skills, we’ll put them into action by preparing a colorful Korean-inspired meal: bibimbap (a rice bowl topped with a rainbow of veggies, protein, and a spicy-sweet sauce) and a spread of simple, vibrant banchan (Korean side dishes).
Whether you're a beginner or just want to feel more confident with your knife, this class will leave you with practical skills, delicious food, and a new appreciation for precision in the kitchen.
