High Tea Cooking Class: Scones, Verrines & Madeleines Discover the charm of a traditional afternoon tea in this delightful, hands-on cooking class—perfect for all skill levels. Whether you're a seasoned baker or a complete beginner, you'll learn to create a stunning high tea spread from scratch, including:
Wild Blueberry Scones - Buttery, tangy, and tender; ideal with clotted cream or jam
Almond & Raspberry Verrines – Elegant, layered desserts with almond cream and raspberry compote
Coconut Lime Madeleines – Light, citrusy shell-shaped cakes with a delicate crumb
Classic Tea Sandwiches – Savory finger sandwiches to balance your sweet creations
