About the event
In this in-depth Tiramisu Masterclass, we’ll break down the techniques behind one of Italy’s most beloved desserts!
You’ll start by learning how to make classic Italian ladyfingers (savoiardi), baking light and airy sponge biscuits that form the foundation of a truly exceptional tiramisu. From there, we’ll prepare a smooth, luxurious mascarpone filling and discuss the balance of espresso, cocoa, and cream that gives tiramisu its signature flavor.
Once the components are ready, you’ll assemble your own 6-inch tiramisu cake, layering espresso-soaked ladyfingers with rich mascarpone cream and finishing with a dusting of cocoa.
Along the way we’ll cover technique, ingredient quality, and tips for achieving the perfect texture and structure every time.
You’ll leave class with your own beautiful tiramisu cake, the recipes, and the confidence to recreate this iconic Italian dessert at home.
