About the event
Celebrate the flavors of the season with an evening of elegant French pastries. In this hands-on class, you’ll learn how to make pâte à choux (the delicate dough behind cream puffs and éclairs) along with the stunning craquelin topping that gives bakery-style cream puffs their golden, crackly finish.
Together we’ll create: Caramel Apple Cream Puffs with Brown Sugar Craquelin – filled with spiced apple compote and silky caramel cream & Salted Caramel Mocha Éclairs – filled with espresso caramel pastry cream and dipped in rich chocolate ganache with a sprinkle of sea salt
You’ll leave class with new pastry skills, a box of your own handcrafted desserts, and recipes to recreate these fall showstoppers at home. No prior experience needed, just bring your sweet tooth!
