There’s nothing more comforting than homemade pierogi on a chilly winter evening - soft dough, warm fillings, and simple, soulful flavors shared around the table. Join us for a cozy hands-on workshop where you’ll learn the art of classic Eastern European dumplings from scratch.

Our chefs will guide you through making the dough, rolling and shaping each pierogi, and preparing two traditional winter fillings:

• Potato, Sharp Cheddar & Caramelized Onion

• Mushroom & Cabbage

We’ll cook the pierogi to tender, golden perfection and finish them with brown butter and crispy sage—a warm, fragrant topper that tastes like pure holiday comfort.
