About the event
Celebrate the flavors of the season in this immersive, plant-based winter brunch class. You’ll start by preparing your own take-and-bake cinnamon rolls. They're soft, fluffy, and ready to pop in the oven at home for the perfect morning treat the following day.
Next, we’ll build a stunning winter vegetable breakfast galette using flaky vegan pastry and a colorful mix of roasted seasonal vegetables. You’ll learn how to make an easy plant-based dough, how to layer flavors, and how to shape a rustic, bakery-worthy galette.
To balance the richness, we’ll finish with a bright, refreshing citrus & pomegranate fruit salad tossed in a maple–mint syrup — a fresh, vibrant contrast to the cozy baked dishes.
