In this immersive 3-hour workshop, you'll learn how to build an unforgettable bowl of ramen completely from scratch—including making your own fresh noodles by hand!
We’ll start by diving into the essential components of ramen: rich, flavorful broth, umami-packed tare (seasoning base), fresh alkaline noodles, and a variety of traditional toppings. You’ll mix, knead, roll, and cut your own ramen noodles, then simmer broth, blend tare, and prepare classic toppings like marinated eggs, chashu pork, and seasonal vegetables.
By the end of the class, you’ll bring everything together to build your own customized bowl—and then we’ll sit down and enjoy our creations together.
