About the event

Celebrate Galentine’s Day with Chef Kyle Caulkins in this fun, hands-on baking class inspired by modern high tea!

You’ll spend the afternoon baking, sipping, and connecting while creating three beautiful treats made to share.


We’ll start with red velvet verrines, learning how to build rich cocoa flavor, a soft crumb, and eye-catching layers. Next up are strawberry madeleines with a rose white chocolate glaze, where classic technique meets a light floral twist. To finish, you’ll bake raspberry scones, served warm with pear & rose champagne jam, and learn simple tips for mixing and baking scones that turn out tender and buttery every time.


After baking, we’ll sit down together to enjoy high tea, with guidance on easy high-tea styling, plating ideas, and flavor pairings you can recreate at home. This class is open to all skill levels and is all about good food, learning something new, and spending time together.
