Transport your senses to the vibrant markets and kitchens of Morocco in this hands-on cooking class celebrating some of the country's most beloved dishes. You'll learn the techniques, flavors, and traditions behind Moroccan home cooking while preparing a complete meal from scratch.

We'll begin by creating Zaalouk, a classic Moroccan eggplant and tomato dip infused with garlic, cumin, paprika, and olive oil. As we explore the essential spices that define Moroccan cuisine, you'll learn how simple ingredients are transformed into bold, flavorful dishes.

Next, you'll master the art of preparing a traditional Chicken Tagine with Preserved Lemon & Green Olives. This iconic Moroccan dish combines tender chicken, warm spices, and bright citrus flavors in a slow-simmered stew that showcases the depth and complexity of North African cooking.
