From fresh herbs and bold spices to rich coconut and perfectly cooked noodles, you’ll learn how to bring restaurant-quality Thai food to life in your own kitchen.
Guided by our professional chefs, you’ll begin by exploring the foundations of Thai cooking—mastering the essential balance of sweet, sour, salty, and spicy. You’ll toast and grind rice to create a traditional powder, then build a bright, herb-forward larb while learning how to properly season and balance flavors.
Next, you’ll prepare mango sticky rice, working with coconut-infused sticky rice and a silky coconut sauce while gaining confidence with this unique and essential ingredient.
