Discover the vibrant flavors and techniques behind some of Thailand’s most iconic street food dishes in this hands-on cooking class. In this interactive workshop, guests will learn how to balance the bold sweet, salty, sour, and spicy flavors that define Thai cuisine while preparing classic dishes completely from scratch.
Together, we’ll explore essential Thai ingredients and techniques including wok cooking, noodle preparation, mortar and pestle work, fresh herb usage, and building authentic Thai sauces.
