About the event
Immerse yourself in the bold and vibrant flavors of Thailand in our Thai Street Food Cooking Class! In this hands-on culinary adventure, you’ll learn to create three iconic street food favorites while discovering the secrets behind authentic Thai flavor.
We’ll start with Papaya Salad (Som Tum) — a refreshing and tangy mix of crisp vegetables, crunchy peanuts, and a zesty lime dressing. Next, you’ll master the art of Pad Thai, Thailand’s beloved stir-fried noodle dish, perfectly balancing sweet, salty, sour, and spicy — the essential 4 S’s of Thai cuisine, sweet, salty, sour, and spice, which Chef Katie will explain in depth throughout the class.
To complete your journey, you’ll make Mango Sticky Rice, a decadent dessert featuring coconut-infused sticky rice paired with ripe, juicy mango for the perfect finish.
