Explore the bold, vibrant world of Thai street food in this immersive, hands-on cooking class focused on balance, technique, and fresh ingredients. Designed for cooks of all levels, this workshop highlights the essential flavors that define Thai cuisine—sweet, salty, sour, spicy, and umami.
You’ll learn how classic Thai street dishes are built from the ground up, working with fresh herbs, aromatics, chilies, citrus, and sauces to create layered, high-impact flavor. Our chefs will guide you through key techniques such as seasoning balance, high-heat cooking, and timing—hallmarks of great Thai street food.
Throughout the class, you’ll prepare a selection of Thai-inspired dishes that reflect the lighter, brighter flavors of early spring while staying true to the fast, bold spirit of Thai street cooking.
Once the dishes are complete, you’ll plate and enjoy what you’ve made during class in a relaxed, welcoming setting.
