About the event
Designed for beginners and home bakers alike, this class will introduce you to the fundamentals of yeast dough while creating three versatile breads you'll turn to again and again. Whether you're serving soup, hosting friends, or simply enjoying warm bread with butter, you'll leave with the confidence to bake delicious breads for any occasion.
We'll also enjoy fresh samples served with herb butter and olive oil for dipping while discussing simple ways to customize your breads with herbs, cheeses, roasted garlic, and seasonal flavors.
Each participant will take home their freshly baked breads, rolls to bake at home, recipes, and the knowledge to recreate them in their own kitchen.
